I found a passion for lifting heavy weights and getting stronger all the way back in 2015. After a bumpy road with eating disorders and only striving to get skinnier, I decided to go all-in in recovery and train to be a personal trainer to help other people avoid this battle. I now help people train for strength, functionality and longevity without worrying what the scale or clothes tag says!

For years, going to the gym has just been about losing weight or 'toning up' and all about aesthetics. It's been intimidating to start going and become overcomplicated to even know what to do.
I'm here to help you enjoy movement again with a focus on getting stronger and more functional, and to take away that confusion and intimidation.
